- Salary: €57,224 - €78,683 (DOE)
The Health and Safety Manager works across all departments to embed a shared “one team” approach and ensure safety is consistently prioritised. The role maintains existing systems while integrating new management systems, strengthening consistency and supporting continuous improvement. It promotes a proactive safety culture by encouraging early risk identification, open communication, and learning focused practices. The manager also supports organisation wide wellbeing initiatives (inclusive of committees) so that safety and wellbeing become part of everyday behaviour and contribute to a healthy, engaged workforce.
